Shipping Policy and Rates

To serve our customers worldwide, we offer international shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or your local courier, depending on the provided shipping address.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods, such as winter and special sales.

All our orders are shipped from the US, Switzerland, or Shanghai, depending on the availability of the current local stock. It is our goal to make sure our customers get their order in the fastest manner. Please note that during peak periods, our local stock can be low depending on the distribution center. In this case, to allow for the best shipping times, we send out our products directly from our manufacturing distribution center in Asia.

Depending on your country of residence and the current local stock, the shipping time takes 4-9 business days, excluding weekends.
